Insuring that contracts and/or purchase agreements are received, matched with the appropriate requisition or procurement transaction, and processed in a timely manner is very important to us. Therefore, the Contracts section of our website will allow our customers to electronically submit contracts and/or purchase agreements to us. By submitting the documents electronically, it will update our contracts management database, and also send an email acknowledging the receipt of the documents. In the email acknowledgement, a control number will be provided. This number can then be used to obtain the processing status of the contract and/or agreement.
We encourage our customers to use the online contracts submission process. This will insure that your contract and/or purchase agreement is appropriately logged into the contracts management database and is assigned to the appropriate procurement staff for processing. Procurement and Strategic Sourcing cannot guarantee the receipt or online status updates for contracts and/or purchase agreements that are not submitted through our website.
In addition to submitting or obtaining contract processing status, customers can search and review information on existing contracts and purchase agreements.
